Delivery

Our lead time for standard products is  approximately 2-3 weeks and for bespoke 2-5 weeks. However, if you require something by a certain date please get in touch and we will do our best to accommodate your request.  

We deliver to UK mainland only. For Northern Ireland or the Channel Islands  please contact us to discuss your order.

Delivery is free within a 20 mile radius of  OL2. All other delivery charges are calculated according to the size/number of items. Please contact us for delivery costs.

Once orders are ready for dispatch we will contact you with the delivery / tracking details.

For smaller items like planters and small benches we use a 48hr courier service that can be tracked.

For medium and large items we use a delivery van courier company.

Most of our items are delivered ready built so please make sure you have measured accurately. However the table tops can be unbolted if required.

Delivery will be to the front door of your property unless we have agreed in advance. If the driver has to come into your property we will not be liable for any damages.

All items will be carefully packaged. If any damage occurs during delivery please report to the driver and contact us ASAP.

Frequently Asked Questions

Where are they made?: All our products are designed and made in our workshop in Oldham. You are more than welcome to meet with us and discuss your requirements. Please call/email in advance to make an appointment. 

Cancellation: You can cancel any standard order within 5 working days of placing the order. All bespoke products and special requests can only be cancelled if we have not started manufacturing them.

Returns: Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase unfortunately we will not be able to offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that it arrived in. It must also be in the original packaging. The refund will not include the cost of any delivery paid. Simply contact us by Email or phone and let us know you are returning the item. You will be responsible for the shipping costs.

Non returnable items: All bespoke products and special requests unless there is a manufacturing fault of they are not made to the specification you ordered.

Damaged or Faulty goods: If your product is damaged in transit or faulty we will arrange collection of the item and supply you with a replacement as soon as we can.

Payments: All prices include VAT. We accept payments via Paypal, bank transfer or cash.

Other information: Our handmade furniture is crafted from natural materials and the photographs are intended as a guide to the finished product. Solid wood varies in colour and grain and when left outside and exposed to the elements natural movement can occur. This adds more character to our beautiful pieces.
